About Us

Our History

South Florida Hound Rescue, Inc. established in 2019 is a new rescue, but our team has years of experience working in all capacities with other nonprofit animal rescues.

Our Mission

We are here to help homeless Hound and Hunting dogs in the South Florida and surrounding areas. We will provide a loving foster home, all necessary medical care including spay/neuter and microchipping while looking to place the dogs in our care into their permanent home.

Foster & Adoption process

1) Fill out the application below.

2) We'll have a quick phone interview to get to know you and make sure the dog is a great fit.

3) We'll schedule a home visit to ensure our dog is going to a safe and loving home.
